This thing is going up super quick. I imagine construction would finish in March, and open for business in April.
I hope they put up a substantial guard rail, because it's about 10 foot dropoff a couple feet away from the drive through lanes.

The Famous Dave/Austin's lot was split in two. They must be the other half?

I looked on Access Realty's website this morning and from what I can tell, it looks like they may still have two more spaces available on that corner even AFTER the Scooters is built. One is to the west (where the rough ins for plumbing had been placed for Burger Detour) and the other spot appears to be to the south of the Scooters. Unless I'm misinterpreting the layout.

There's a planning board case in next month's agenda for another one of the spaces.

Take 5 Oil Change is putting in a building with three garage bays and an office. Looks similar to a Jiffy Lube.

There is a Take 5 Oil Change that has been open for a while at Shadow Lake. I have never been, but have driven by many times.

And correct - it's been open for about a month, maybe a little longer... drive by dailly.

I see the area where they poured footings for what was supposed to be the Burger Detour has a signed posted for sale or lease. Not sure what else could fit over there as it's a bit of a tight space. But, whatever goes in, it's better than the awful looking weed growth that sat there for years due to the deadbeat owner of Burger Detour being a shady character, stealing from his investors.

I was talking to someone on Saturday associated with Take 5, and they said there are two going in Omaha, one in Gretna, and one in Lincoln. Anyone know the locations of the others besides the one at 130th & L
