Pivot Prime, a new steakhouse concept by Lucky Eleven Hospitality Group, announced it will open in the spring of 2025 in the former Mahogany Prime Steakhouse building at 13665 California Street. Lucky Eleven HG also owns Salted EDGE and Sugared LEDGE Bakery.

I drove past the old Mahogany building a couple of weeks ago after dark and the inside seemed gutted.

Opening day set:

PIVOT Prime, a French-inspired steakhouse from Lucky Eleven Hospitality Group, will open May 23 at 13665 California Street. The menu features prime cuts, seafood and seasonal dishes like the Red Wine Aged Manhattan Steak. The space includes three private dining rooms, including The Vault Room, where chef-selected cuts are showcased.

We went to one in Tulsa many years ago named The Brasserie (now closed). As I recall, it was a typical high-end steakhouse but with some French selections mixed in. For example, two of the appetizers were Foie Gras and Escargots.

It's a steakhouse where they call their green beans Haricot Verts.
