Nice! This is awesome news. Great big windows on some of those floors, and a new renovation inside will probably be pretty nice. Seconding the hope for some ground level retail/office space, but even if that doesn't occur, the density will be great.

Plus the central part of the complex is a very large atrium.
Might be tough to squeeze 350 apartments in there.

Grow Omaha quotes the square footage of the two buildings totaling to about 380,000 sqft. Looking at First National Center conversion, they got 294 apartments out of around 350k sqft, so maybe more around 300.
