For what it’s worth, I just found out that this will be airing on my PBS station (WETA)tonight at 10PM. I have no idea what it’s about.

Very interesting evolution from roughly 2018 through 2020. Interesting to see Jake Gardner randomly showing up in clips before the incident a couple of years later. Felt like a slow moving train wreck and one that's still ongoing to a large degree.
