Construction over by Cabelas

Hey folks, never knew that Omaha had a forum so this is my first post! but I was wondering does anyone know what's the construction going on over by Cabelas & Costco over off of 132nd & W Giles? When I originally saw that I got pretty bummed because it's pieces of land that I've seen turkey & deer trot through. But not much you can do.

I know there's also the start of something across from the Kiewit office but I'd say it's going to be more of the same thing.

Welcome to the forums! It's billed as a mixed use development, but my guess is apartments for now, other stuff later. Here's the Grow Omaha brief on it.
