Similar to what's along I-80 in Council Bluffs, sorry I can't think of the name. This will be in the area of Bass Pro & The Outlets of Des Moines.

That's a lot of parking. Hopefully those grass lots can get some apartments with ground level retail at some point.

As I mentioned in my post, in addition to Bass Pro and The Outlets of Des Moines there are two hotels, restaurants & car dealership in the neighborhood. That's simply a rendering in the link. Adventureland & Prairie Meadows is just to the east of the area.
