Union Pacific is favoring H1Bs over qualified US citizens. It is renewing their HB1 and getting contract work from H1B staffing company. When there is revenue shortage, it is silently laying off qualified experienced US citizens. The severance is also not generous, it is happening under new CTO, layoff happens at his whim. Seems like he gets kickback from every H1B contractor through the staffing company. Could you investigate to put an end to this malpractice.
