Another location of interest, at least to me, is that they are playing in Dyersville at the Field of Dreams

Indianapolis Clowns vs. the Firefighters

At what point does this become oversaturated and interest starts to fall. I am sure they have a few years. I know people who have gone and seen them and loved it, but also said they probably will not see them again.

I love sports, but I just don't see the fascination with this. I know almost everyone that has gone has loved it, but its not for me. I like sports where there are standing and stats and this just seems like pure entertainment to me....nothing wrong with it, but just not for me.

I don't know what the tickets cost, but I don't think they are too crazy, but this definitely seems like a fad that won't last more than a few more years.

I'm in the same boat. I have zero interest in this. I put it right up there with WWF, fake gimmicky entertainment. I question why this thread is even in the sports section.

What, WWF isn't real. haha But I agree, not that people can't enjoy and have a great time, but its almost like a Broadway production or something.

As a Husker fan, I will just say this can stay in the sports thread since Husker football for the last 10 +/- years has stayed here ;)

We went to the one in Lincoln. I will say they were tremendous athletes. Some of the trick catches they made blew me away. Now whether it is truly a sport or not I have no idea, but they do let the game decide the outcome, unlike the Harlem Globetrotters.

This is a good get for downtown Omaha and CS Field. To have that many people use the stadium will be great obviously since it's sits empty, outside of the CWS (not including however many go to CU regular season games).

In Lincoln it seems like the majority of fans came from outside Lincoln and a great many of them from outside Nebraska. Hopefully the same holds true for the 2 games in Omaha.
