What are they doing with the land on 168th between Grand Ave and Fort? They’ve cleared out all the trees and buildings.

Here are the planning board documents:
https://planning.omaha.gov/wp-content/u ... une/25.pdf
Development Proposal:
The applicant is proposing to develop an Assisted living facility on the site. In total, there would be 133 units. A large building on the northern portion of the site would have 113 units, and six duplex and triplex buildings in the
southern portion would have 20 units. In the larger building, 21 of the units would be considered Dependent living, 47 would be Semi-independent, and 65 would be Independent. All of the units in the southern structures would be considered Independent. Staffing at the peak hours would be approximately 20 people. A 128-stall parking lot would serve the larger northern building, and each of the independent units to the south would have a single-car garage.
