Meanwhile, in these trying times of streetcar construction, The Fat Putter, which also serves food most of the day, is about to become a fatter putter.

Has anyone been to Fat Putter? Specifically wondering if anyone knows how it compares to something like Puttshack or Puttery?

I have not been to Fat Putter, but I believe I went to a Puttshack in Denver, which seemed to be more of an entertainment centric place vs people who care about the golf game.

I'm highly annoyed that Addy's is blaming the streetcar. They must have larger issues than a streetcar. They closed their Millard location first and that location was always busy. No streetcar out in Millard.

The street car seems to be the go-to scapegoat for every failing restaurant. Never mind they're blocks away from the construction, weren't doing well before the streetcar project, and their reviews are not great. It's that darn streetcar. It allows ownership and management to avoid accountability.

Izzy's pizza is another restaurant constantly complaining about the streetcar and posting on social media. Seems like they just like to stir the pot sometimes. I love Izzy's but he has complained about being tied into the lease, but as a business owner, don't you think things through?

Izzys may do better with a dining area.

I agree, they could prob create an awesome vibe. People all over Omaha love it. It is really good.

I’ve only been to Addy’s once. It was on a Saturday night, well before streetcar construction began, and it was much less busy than I expected it to be.

Overall I thought it was.. fine. Vibes were a little bland.
