Apparently 'north of Dodge Park'... that's as close as I can find.

Manuel Lisa's trading post was apparently nearby present day Hummel Park.

Earlier today I did a Google search for John Pierre Cabanne and find an Wikipedia page on Cabanne's Trading Post:

This page confirms Cabanne's Trading Post site is north of the present day Dodge Park and has a short history on the trading post.

It is the "Old Log Cabin" in Bellevue.

It (based on known info), the old extant building in Nebraska... dates from the mid 1830s, but was moved to its current site around 1850s.

Grant is the winner - this is the Bellevue Log Cabin, the oldest building still standing in Nebraska,
It was built originally near Fontenelle's Post in what is now known as Fontenelle Forest and now located at 1805 Hancock.
The home has changed hands just a few times with only three families occupying it between 1856 and 1950.
The most recent resident lived there for 65 years without indoor plumbing or electricity.

Oh, this is an easy one (at least to identify)

That's the Portal school house (southeast of the Papillion City Hall)... last remnant of the short lived town of Portal. Like the historic Sautter farm house next door... it was moved here from another location in Sarpy County.

Not sure what else of significance was associated with it.
