His lack of familiarity in what we have and how a lot of this works was what initially put me off to Ewing.

His emphasis on bike lanes brought me part of the way back. He seems interested in actually doing right by Omaha. I can't wait to hear more from him, and will 100% catch the Grow Omaha when he speaks.

Understandable, though I wonder if(hope)this will improve when he’s actually sitting in the chair so to speak. The latest Grow Omaha said something about having him on after he’s had a little adjustment time. They also mentioned having Stothert on as a co-host.

Sothert as a co-host when Ewing is on????

Haha those were separate things. They want to have Stothert Co-host as she’s able. They separately want to have Ewing on in late summer/early fall

I suspect they will. If Giuliano could somewhat successfully be a mayor for NYC, I'm sure Omaha is within Ewing's grasp.

Grow Omaha's audience grew 138% in 2025!

I love that this is becoming more well-known across the community. My dad told me over Christmas that he subscribes to their newsletter.

Grow Omaha Media experienced a 138 percent increase audience size in 2025. The Grow Omaha website attracted 991,693 users and 2.94 million page-views. The Grow Omaha Weekly Market Report ended 2025 with 24,798 subscribers. The biggest stories covered in 2025 included the streetcar, Eppley Airfield expansion, Mutual of Omaha tower, UNMC growth, CHI Health Center addition, Dillard’s move to the Westroads, Bellevue Bay Water Park and Crossroads redevelopment.
