How do the "Shame on __________" signs affect the way you think of a business?

I don't feel any different about them before or after the signs appear.

IIRC, They were upset a Catholic Church was being built with one of the contractors of the many not using union employees...

Sure could be. And honestly, I couldn't care less. Any business ought to be free to hire the best people to do the best job for the best price - regardless of union affiliation.

I'm with the OP. Seems to me like these "Shame On _________" people are nothing but an irrelevant laughing-stock.

They were also in front of the Courtyard hotel at 10th & Douglas when I was walking to lunch.

Just trying to take advantage of the CWS traffic? Or maybe Hy-Vee catered something at the hotel? Regardless, these "protests" are ridiculous.
