No documents have been submitted to the city yet, so probably not redevelopment stuff.

Sounds like the city is taking ownership of the parking garage just west of the main building April 1.

Curious to see what happens to this property. Would like the tallest building to be saved if possible. Although I was never a huge fan of its design.

They have already said the intention is to save/repurpose the current 15 story building.
