The eyeball test will reveal the same thing..

But I’m a numbers junkie when it comes to Census figures and I like to provide numbers to back up what we see in everyday life :thumb: ...

We live in Millard, Harvey Oaks. We have noticed an uptick in Asian people here in our neighborhood and on the trails. We are doing our part as well; my wife and I are Asian and since moving to Omaha several years ago, have had 4 kids. Your welcome. Haha.

Thanks. While I try to stay current with all that's happening at a national and global level, this forum has been a good go-to to be more informed about what's happening here locally.

Speaking of estimates, we may get the 2020 estimates soon. They usually come out the last week in March. Not sure if it’ll run on the same schedule as the official 2020 US Census numbers will have a delayed release in September..

I’ll keep my eye out for the estimate numbers...

I thought I saw somewhere that the estimates group is independent in schedule...?

Yeah..

Usually the annual estimates are released for consumption the last week of March. I’m not sure if that schedule has changed with the variable of the Official 2020 US Census count being released this year in September...

FYI- the 2020 US Census population estimates will be released on Star Wars day this year- May the 4th..

I’ll be starting a separate thread for that once we get a bit closer to that date..

And the “Official” 2020 US Census numbers are still in line to be released in September...
