Filled it out. I'm 100% certain some of my answers would not go over well with others on this board. Oh well, one voice out of many. Hopefully in the aggregate reasonable plans will be made satisfying the majority of the population.

That would be great if the majority of the population knew a d@mn thing about transportation needs beyond what they see through the windshield of their car.
