Do we think some time in the next couple decades, the parking garage on 10th & Jackson will have its air rights sold? Granted, I don't know how lucrative that would be.
What about the parking lots south of Union Pacific's dispatch center or the Embassy parking lot to the south? Do we think they could possibly be sold for development? (Obviously have extra parking built into said development)
This is all future crazy speculation.
