This is a good example of how these type of regional offices can help boost the economy. They not only create jobs, generate tax revenue, and, hopefully, pull in new people into our city, but when they hold these type of events, this results in hotel rooms, event spaces, and restaurant tables being filled. Additionally, it gives national/international exposure for Omaha. If you look at the other locations around the US and world where Sojern has offices, Omaha is in an esteemed group and there were people from all of those locations here over this past week.
