New Condo Project @ 12th & Jackson

If you take a look at next Tuesday's Omaha City Council agenda, you'll see an item for consideration regarding a new building at the northwest corner of 12th & Jackson. Main floor retail, basement parking, and 18 condos on the upper 4 floors. The proposal is pretty cool & should fit nicely with the Old Market.
