SKC- Cordish Towers (KC P&L)

Post by strangerthings »

Sporting KC, JE Dunn, Cordish, and Sky Development are partnering on 2 towers at the southern corners of Truman and main in KCMO.

$253 million project cost.
  • 506 apartments
  • 85,000 square feet of retail or office space
  • 830 structured parking spaces
Sporting KC is owned by the founders of Cerner. The inclusion of office space hints at Cerner's arrival downtown.

Same architect as the $310 million project in the Crossroads? Looks similar. Might even add similarity to Reverb?

the renderings on KCRAG are of a different project being done by some of the parties.

Cordish has closed on the land. These two towers will start Q3 2022 and be completed in 2025/2026

4 Cordish towers under construction by the end of next year, all in adjacent blocks.
