"The Madison" - KC Apartment Tower
16 floors or 223' with 238 units. Developer is BRES and architect is HOK. BRES hopes for a H2 2022 construction start after they receive plan approvals. The Developer has filed a development which is in-review and is on the January Plan Comission agenda.
