Explore Downtown - Diana's Tea Shop
We continue our series of exploring downtown Papillion businesses. Diana's Tea Shop and Room has been open for almost seven years. In that time it has had three different owners. The current owners make it a point to honor the original owner in every decision they make.

It looks like they've reinvented themselves as an online tea retailer and supplier to some local shops...Diana's Tea Shop & Room's Facebook Page wrote:Mon Apr 21, 2025 2:55 pmDear Beloved Customers and Tea Family,
Tim and I have been having some heartfelt conversations lately. As many of you know, this year has brought its share of challenges—both financially and mentally. After much thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our physical location and shift our focus to online sales for the time being.
Our last day at the shop will be May 31st, 2025.
We still want to provide tea to our wonderful customers, just in a new way. This decision wasn’t easy, but we truly believe it’s what we need right now. I (Angie) have been wanting to return to work for some time, and I’ve decided to take that step. Tim will continue working part-time at his current job while also managing our online store.
We’re also exploring the idea of doing pop-ups here and there, so this isn’t goodbye—it’s just a new chapter. Honestly, this decision has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders, and we feel a renewed sense of hope for what’s ahead. We’ll still be active online, sharing posts (maybe even videos!), and we’re confident we’ll come back stronger than ever.
For now, we just want to say how grateful we are for the past four amazing years. This space has been our second home, and it’s brought so many wonderful people into our lives. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your love, support, and encouragement throughout our journey.
With love,
Tim & Angie
