SB 90th Panel Replacement

Whoever was in charge of the crew on SB 90th between Military and Fort should be fined by the city. The right lane was scheduled to be closed for construction, but over the lunch hour, their extremely unintelligent rear ends decided to park the cement trucks in the left lane, completely blocking 90th SB, and diverting traffic into the plaza to the west (where Voodoo used to be and Mia Familia opened), that nobody had any idea how to get out of. It turned out you had to go behind the strip mall only to be dumped out on Fort where EVERYONE turned left. Ugh. Spent half my lunch hour getting out of there.

Is there a number we can call when this happens in the future? This clearly was not approved or there would have been a proper detour posted.
