It was the second one, but yes. At the time it was a German-American Hall.

Looks like the current owner ties back to Milts Mini Storage so I'd assume self storage will end up here.

What a relief! We do need more storage facilities. And to think for just a moment, it looked like Omaha had abandoned its ongoing crusade to destroy its architectural heritage.

Wasn’t that a Sokol and also the German American home at one time. Not a school.
