Skutt Fieldhouse Facility (3131 S 156th St)

Heard Skutt is considering building a fieldhouse with a turf field costing in excess of $10 million to allow practice/training year-round for their athletes.

Its zoned DR so I'm assuming we will see a site plan and renderings submitted to the Planning Board for a Conditional Use Permit before any construction happens.
