Ball Arena Proposed SEPT 2025 – DenverInfill Blog https://share.google/eZzMED6U4i186iP5q

Very detailed post on Denver Infill Blog regarding the first phase of KSE's massive infill project around Ball Arena.

Perhaps food for thought on the eventual development of the lots near Qwest Center/ Century Link Center/ something else? / CHI Health Center. 😁

I'll be honest, I went to Ball arena about 2-3 years ago when Creighton was playing there and Omaha with CHI is nothing to be ashamed of. There is nothing right next to Ball right now, just parking lots. I am sure some of that has to do with having the amusement park nearby, but it felt very isolated.

Ball Arena is super isolated. Certainly more than you would expect for a city like Denver.

It was built on the same site as the previous arena, which was built in 1975. "Isolated in a sea of parking" was the fashion at the time. Like wearing an onion on your belt.
Stable genius.

Yeah I think this will be a great development. It is needed. My understanding is they are also already looking at building a new stadium for the Bronco's.
