Proposal
The project site is a vacant parcel of about five acres. The site had been neglected, used as an illegal dumping ground and has previously been occupied by vacant, deteriorated buildings. The buildings have been removed and a new one story structure of about 32,000 gross square feet will be constructed. It will have about 3,800 net square feet of office space available, intended for tenants that provide professional services to small businesses. The remaining 28,000 net square feet of building will be for warehousing, light manufacturing and contracting uses. The tenants are intended to be a mix of plumbers, electricians, roofers and HVAC businesses, along with some light assembly and fabrication.
