So basically where the River Park apartments are now? Interesting, especially with the Ak-Sar-Ben bridge being somewhat revived by discussions over rapid transit into CB.

The term "motel" seems to fallen out of favor for some time, but it's hard to imagine there was ever a time the idea of a 33 story "motel" not being hilarious.

I thought the same thing they must have really been trying to appeal to driving and coming (or newly built) interstate travel.
