I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to some place without frat boys and cigarettes. Hopefully they can price out the riff-raff without charging $14 for a Macallan's 12 and $6 for a Sierra Nevada. Also, please be a bar or lounge, and not a night club.

And how much am I going to enjoy being able to literally walk upstairs after a night cap? Too bad when I move I'll have to walk an entire BLOCK... GASP!

Now if I could just move the company from Fremont to 11th and Jones, I'd only have to leave the Old Market about once a month...
