Things I learned from it -

1) Increasing supply has totally outpaced steady demand - what people that was a booming market was actually pretty stable for the last 3 years.

2) Don't build new condos - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Apartments, Hotels, and Office - but no more Condos.

3) New construction is depressing - Its just flat. If we don't see a big sell off in March and April like we have in previous years - new construction is in a lot of trouble.

4) Once it warms up - things better start improving.
