the info tech class at metro is about this basic lol i didn't even have to buy a book in the class if that tells you how easy it was

You learn Windows, Internet Explorer, Word and Excel when I took it. Back then you learned how to copy a disk in DOS too... Bet they don't teach that anymore!

Does he already have a Windows computer? The reason I am asking is a friend of mine is taking one-on-one classes out at the Apple Store. She gets an hour a week for a year and picks the time she wants to come in. It cost her $99 for a whole year -- 52 hour long sessions if she hits every week She really enjoys it.
