When I lived in Casper WY in the late 90s there was a liquor store that had several beers on tap. Buy a growler and bring it back for refills.
Of course Wyoming also had drive up windows at most of their liquor stores too. :D

This wasn't a brewery. This was a liquor store. Here is their web site (badly put together that it is). They would at least 5-6 different brewries taps on hand. Looks like they still do refills. http://www.liquorshed.com/events.html
