I was really really surprised this morning when I went to check on the Omaha Skyline and found TWO Bald Eagles! What a great find!

1.

2. Wish I could combine these photos... I love this shot but the eagle is facing the wrong way!

Were they hunting at HoA Park? And if so, what is there, besides the sharks?

Not sure, it kind of looked like they were messing with pigeons... Also looking at the river, probably hunting fish.

Nice shots! I have actualy have seen bald eagles quite a few times at the pedestrian bridge and its always such a treat. I usualy just see or two from the bridge but saw three of them fly right overhead in Tom Hanafan park last weekend. Wish I could have had a picture of that.

Thanks, I have seen a few here and there, but nothing this low and close. It was neat to see.

Thanks! I was actually looking for fall color. The eagles were a total surprise!
