Urban Tour of Homes

For those of you interested in how the downtown condo construction is going there will be an Urban Tour of Homes on June 4th from 9am-2pm. Participating projects are Beebe Runyan, Brandeis, Farnam 1600, Ford Lofts, SoMa, Riverfront Place, and the Paxton. It is a free tour with giveaways, snacks, and refreshments. The tour starts out at the Urban Omaha office at 517 S 13th Street (13th and Jackson) and 2 trolleys will be taking groups of people around to the different projects who will be showcasing their sales offices and models. Again, it is a free tour but if you are interested please RSVP to [email protected] prior to June 1st.

I would suggest starting a little later. So far we have close to 400 people registered and there is a large majority saying they are starting at 9:00. There are only 2 trolley's with a capacity of about 80 together so to avoid the large crowd a later staring time would be advised.

We jsut added another trolley for the event so I think you should be fine starting at 10:00.
