A 100,000-plus person boom? I'm having difficulty envisioning that many people in the area that the article appears to describe.

I'm not having any difficulty with it. The fastest growing county in the state has a lot of potential.

100,000 people is alot but I'm guessing that a big chunk of that is people from one part of the metro just moving to the area. To bad it's not all outsiders. I remember living in Springfield and taking H370 to Gretna for Daycare and it was a 2 lane road and Gretna was this really small town. Now there's practically an interstate through there and Gretna is almost unrecognizable.

I could see that much growth in Sarpy Co. eventually, just not in this small area that I'm envisioning from the description in the story. Does anyone have a link to a map showing the annexed areas in question?
