Altus Architectural Studios, Inc. is instructed to design a medical office building for Wright Street Holdings, LLC. The project scope is to include a clinical infusion area for 26 persons, exam rooms, and related space for clinical operations. Due to the nature of the site, an indoor parking structure will be included on the lower level below the infusion area. An 8,000± square foot medical office space for tenants is to be built as shell space to be infilled under a separate contract at a later date. Below this space an 8,000± square foot radiation oncology space for the installation of one linear accelerator, one shelled area for an additional linear accelerator, one general x-ray room, one PET Scan room, and one general CT room is to be designed. Along with these rooms will be an area for exam rooms, waiting, reception, and general office support space. The total building is 53,000 square feet and will be placed on a 3.75 acre site in West Omaha. The project time frame is 16 months from building concepts to construction finish.
