Grading has begun. Walked passed the site a couple days ago and Grow Omaha mentioned it on their show yesterday

Totally forgot about this project but noticed it on my way to dinner last night. It's all Tyvek'd on the north side and should be getting the brick up soon.

From the Grow Omaha Facebook - this is possibly the worst and least aesthetic apartment layout I have ever seen. Six doors in succession like that has got to be a new record.

That said, good luck to 'em, hope people enjoy 'em, got no issue with it. Just, wow.

My guess is it goes bathroom, coat closet, washer/dryer, HVAC, bedroom.
