Winterfest to take place in Council Bluffs' Bayliss Park on Nov. 18
“What started as a simple countdown in 2014 has become a one-of-a-kind festival of winter activities.”
COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — The City of Council Bluffs announced, in a news release, plans for Winterfest at Bayliss Park 2022. The event will be hosted on Friday, November 18, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Once again, the City of Council Bluffs is partnering with The Council Bluffs Public Library, The 712 Initiative, Union Pacific Museum, and Pottawattamie Arts, Culture & Entertainment (PACE) to deliver the Council Bluffs holiday tradition.
