Great job, Jeff. What great neighborhoods. I love Hanscom Park.

This is a gorgeous house. I've never seen it before. You really got into the eastern depths of this district...someplace I'VE never even been!

This was my favorite little corner... on a steep hill overlooking (notice in background) Union Station. Sort of reminded me of some gritty, hilly Colorado town neighborhoods (right down to the Willys wagon).

Can you imagine navigating this area after an ice storm.
I wonder how many times those fences got nocked down.

What a coincidence. I was in Omaha over Christmas and drove down that exact street while looking around. Streets, the intersection is Forest Avenue and South 8th Street (just north of William Street near Grace University).

I also drove through the neighborhood a little further southeast. I used to go there while at Creighton and watch the Botanical Garden slowly progress. Take South 6th Street and turn left (east) on Cedar Street. Go to the end and check out the view across the river. This area is high on the river bluffs with quite a drop-off. Many streets are unpaved and the roads are narrow. You get the feeling you are in a small Appalachian town. The view is amazing with the dropoff but narrow due to the homes.

I know precisely the area you are talking about Finn. I had to back up at one point when I realized my new Honda CRV wouldn't go the same placed the old Durango would. I wonder what kind of snow plow service they get in there!
