At least two Trains a day each way. And that's not including the switcher jobs to and from yard to yard.windsor wrote:I can't imagine living next to that house. How often do trains drive down that street?
Allan is right, all the "through trains" stay on the north side of the yard paralleling 9th ave, then crossing 9th ave just east of the Golden Spike and head NE towards the North Yard, and then on to Missouri Valley, The line is for trains that need to be switched in the Council Bluffs Yard.BNSFrailfan wrote:At least two Trains a day each way. Very cool! With all these "special movements" i'm never really sure what's going to show up attached to these trains...or in this case soaring over.Brad wrote:Yes, I was just south of Eppley in Council Bluffs, it was coming in for a landing.ShawJ wrote:Airplane? Good photos!
