Extremely sickening, embarrassing and pathetic loss for the Jays in NYC.. 91-71 St Johns..

Their 3 point shot failed them today and they had untimely turnovers.. DJ and Christian Bishop came to play. Ty-Shon and especially Mitch and Marcus each laid an egg offensively..

On the other hand, St John’s could not miss from 3.. With Greg Williams hitting a ridiculous 7- 3 pointers on 7-9 shooting beyond the arc..the team shot an incredible 14-22 from 3..Time to lick our wounds from this one and end the season with 2 home victories in Omaha...

I said "probably", because they "probably" are over given the schedule Seton Hall has left, plus what Creighton has left on the schedule. If I had to look at probability, I'd say "probably over" barring a collapse of Seton Hall.

Losing two games in a row with a lead in the league with two games left with one of the best teams Seton Hall has had? Yes, it's a collapse, one that I hope happens. In that case, and to a lesser sense of caring on the matter, Nova would earn a share of the title as well.

There were quite a few “upsets” of top 10 and top 25 teams thus far this weekend.. Including Villanova losing at home to Providence. That said, the only way the Jays get the Big East regular season crown, is if ‘Nova can travel to Seton Hall this week, win and the Jays, obviously win out. That’s why today’s loss is such a gut punch..

I’d agree Martin, the “probability” is 50% at best...

They would all finish 13-5 but based on head to head matchups and matchups of opponents, Creighton would be first seed.
