We've been meaning to try it. Good to hear the positive review.

I thought we already had a thread for this place. Anyways, we went after it opened and just had a terrible experience. I'll never go back. We have so many other great Mexican restaurants in Omaha.

We liked the place but tried to go there twice for lunch and realized once we got there they were only open for lunch on certain days.

I wonder why the rebrand? Are they aiming for a different slice of the Mexican food pie?

I think I've been to all of Javi's different concepts over the years. This was the only one that ever disappointed me. First off, wasn't busy at all, secondly, not differentiated in the "sit down mexican food" space, of which there are dozens of different options, from tex-mex to authentic, to more upscale.

Honestly, glad for the reboot here. Excited to see what they come up with menu wise.
